How We Work

We regard every job as unique and as such, you will always be provided with personalized, hands-on custom work and service. Your photo (s) will be evaluated based on the condition, the extent of the damage and the work required to undertake the job, then you will be given a quote. No project begins without your okay. If it is felt that an acceptable restoration cannot be done, you will be informed accordingly.

Once a project is completed a high resolution print-ready file will be provided to you in a Jpeg format with a PDF backup. All original materials will be returned to you intact or as close to the received condition as possible. (*)

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF DAMAGE CAN BE REPAIRED, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO FIX A TOTALLY  OUT OF FOCUS IMAGE.

(*) If your photographs are provided to us in a photo album and have to be individually removed or have to be taken out of a matted frame in order to be scanned, be aware that while every precaution will be taken so as not to comprmise the condition of the original image, there is no guarantee or liabilty against damage, minor or otherwise, to the original. In such cases work will only proceed with your expressed written permission.
